We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee and 30 days on annual plans for all hosting services from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria: The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase. The account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service. No previous refunds have been issued for the same account.
Non-Refundable Items
There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted: VPS & Dedicated Servers are non-refundable. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Additional services, such as SSL certificates or professional services, are non-refundable once rendered. Refunds are not applicable after the initial 7-day period following the purchase.
